There are many problems that plague the world and we believe they can be addressed if everyone works in collaboration. Charities/ NGO's

They form the basis of the work we do. We meet charities across the world and partner with them to support them in the work that they do. The support can be in terms of effort, skills, time, advice, awareness or financial. Today, through this partnership we are addressing issues like illiteracy, poverty, stigmas, HIV/AIDS and many others. We also specialize in organizing charity challenges tailor- made for the needs of the organization to help raise funds – Be it organizing a ‘Mount Kilimanjaro Climb’ or 'Trek through the Great Wall of China'

Young Individuals

Every year there are millions of young people wanting to take a break from studies and travel out - for cultural exposure, experiencing something new and making a difference. We work with these individuals and organize ethical overseas placements with the charities we partner with. All the placements are done with the aim of maximizing the benefit to the charity and the individual. We also organize work and intern placements which combine inter cultural learning and build essential work skills and experience for the individual.

Schools

Developing inter cultural exposure is an integral part of the education system. We work with schools to understand their needs and organize volunteer placements for their students based on that. The volunteer placements could be to understand different cultures, history or simply to facilitate practical learning of a subject the students are currently studying.

Career Break/ Retired Individuals

People in mid-career or pre/post retirement look to move away from the routine of daily life for sometime, contribute their skills, time and effort and in-turn build skills. We work with these individuals to volunteer and contribute meaningfully to our partner charities. It could be teachers helping train teachers in Africa, Business people advicing families affected with HIV/AIDS to run businesses, Individuals fundraising for a charity and the likes.

Corporate

People development is a vital aspect of any corporate agenda. We step in here to bring a different albeit unique perspective to it. We work with corporates to create placements for their selected employees in developing countries. Working in a challenging environment in a developing country builds confidence, leadership & people skills – skills which make a quantum positive leap at the workplace. For corporates wanting to contribute as a group to benefit a charity of their choice, we organize challenges and expeditions which are used as a platform to raise funds for a cause.

Foundation

To support the gamut of work we do, we have a Foundation called the --- foundation. The foundation constantly reviews the work of the partner charities, identifies needs and helps to support them financially. Needs could be - providing roof to an open air school, buying books and chairs in a school, giving grants to individuals to start a small business to earn a living etc. Over the years, the foundation has been supported by many volunteers who have returned from their assignments wanting to contribute and be associated with their charities.
